NOTICE TO CANCEL
The Pier Uno Dive Resort website is comprised of various Web pages operated by Pier Uno Dive Resort. It is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Pier Uno Dive Resort website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
In case of cancellation of booking, you should notify Pier Uno Dive Resort at least 14 days prior to the date of check-in, for us to refund 100% of your down payment. NO REFUND of down payment shall be given if the cancellation is communicated less than 14 DAYS before the date of check-in.
In case of refunds wherein the deposit was paid through credit card or through bank transfers, BANK CHARGES will be DEDUCTED from the deposited amount.
Notice of cancellation should be 24 hours before CHECK-IN DATE IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED BOOKING OR RESERVATION should be 24 hours before CHECK-IN DATE IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED BOOKING OR RESERVATION and guest shall be charge of the full or entire package price. Considerations will be honored if it is due to medical ailment and was hospitalized, pertinent documents should be presented.
