Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Down and Full Payment

50% down payment of the total amount of reservation or full amount should be paid upon confirmation.

In case of cancellation of booking, you should notify Pier Uno Dive Resort at least 14 days prior to the date of check-in, for us to refund 100% of your down payment. NO REFUND of down payment shall be given if the cancellation is communicated less than 14 DAYS before the date of check-in.

Refund

In case of refunds wherein the deposit was paid through credit card or through bank transfers, BANK CHARGES will be DEDUCTED from the deposited amount.

Notice of Cancellation

24 hours of notice of cancellation before CHECK-IN DATE IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED BOOKING OR RESERVATION and guest shall be charge of the full or entire package price.

Considerations

Considerations will be honoured if it is due to medical ailment and was hospitalized, pertinent documents should be presented.
